Mubla
Thursday, September 27th, 2007Mubla is a very dangerous MSN messenger worm. It sends itself through instant messages and infects computers this way. Mubla is capable of turning a computer into botnet. Once this worm gets on a computer, it connects to remote server and stays in a background while waiting instructions from the attacker. Mubla can also steal information and download additional malware on the infected machine.

SafeStrip download is free, but when you run it, SafeStrip scan reports computer infections and requires purchasing the full version to remove the threats. All these actions are deceptive: the scan results are fabricated and the full version of SafeStrip is as useless as the trial. This software is only capable of displaying annoying pop-ups.
