SpyRid

Thursday, February 28th, 2008

SpyRid malware spreads by infecting computers through web browser’s exploits. Spy Rid is also distributed with help of misleading advertisements that presents this program as spyware remover. Do not trust such advertisements! Do not download SpyRid! It’s a computer parasite and once it is installed on a system, its removal is complicated.

SpyRid works just like other fake anti spyware tools. It launches pop-ups and error reports to mislead users and push them into purchasing full version of Spy Rid. These activities are fraudulent, because messages loaded by Spy Rid are falsified (there’s no infection except for SpyRid) and the full version is non-functional. If SpyRid infected your computer, use SpyRid removal immediately.

PrivacyConductor

Wednesday, February 27th, 2008

As many people are concerned about cyber privacy and computer security, many malware creators make use of that and keep releasing corrupt programs masked as anti spyware or anti virus.

PrivacyConductor is new rogue security tool, but it’s not very different from other malwares of this kind. Privacy Conductor is promoted as “hard drive cleaning tool”. It acts similar to other fake anti spyware programs: Privacy Conductor displays fabricated security notifications and urges user to get full version of PrivacyConductor for removing spyware. The scheme of this scam is simple: PrivacyConductor infects a computer, loads falsified security reports and convinces people to pay for PrivacyConductor. Don’t step into this trap! PrivacyConductor is a computer parasite itself; it’s not capable of removing spyware. It’s a fraud to fool users and gather money.

Don’t purchase and don’t download Privacy Conductor! Remove PrivacyConductor right after you notice pop-ups related to this malware. You may use PrivacyConductor removal to delete this computer parasite.

WinSecure

Friday, February 22nd, 2008

WinSecure is reincarnation of WinSecureAV malware. Win Secure is a malicious program as well. It is presented online as tool dedicated for encrypting information, but it spreads and acts like a computer parasite. Don’t trust WinSecure software and remove it as soon as possible.

Win Secure spreads with help of trojans and various malicious websites such as adults and freeware. It attracts people by using misleading advertising as it promises to keep data on a computer safe. However WinSecure is not safe to use and it won’t protect any files. WinSecure is only capable of loading fake security notifications and advertising paid version. Do not buy WinSecure! It’s a fraud and it’s won’t work as encryption tool even if you pay for it. If Win Secure is already installed on your machine, follow WinSecure removal instructions to delete it.

Privacy Control

Thursday, February 21st, 2008

PrivacyControl may be promoted online as a legitimate program, but it’s a malware. It’s not able to infect computers and it’s not distributed by trojans. However, Privacy Control is a malicious program. Its main purpose is to lure people into scam and milk money. Remove Privacy Control without any doubts if it is installed on your machine.

Privacy Control is advertised as history cleaner; it must be installed manually. Once installed, PrivacyControl loads intimidating warnings to push user into purchasing full version of PrivacyControl. Do not download nor buy this software! Privacy Control isn’t able to clean web browsers history. This program is non-functional; it can’t do anything besides loading pop-ups. Use PrivacyControl removal to delete this fraudulent software.

SwiftCleaner

Wednesday, February 20th, 2008

SwiftCleaner is another fraudulent security program that emerged this week. SwiftCleaner lurks in various malicious websites; it uses web browsers vulnerabilities and other software exploits to get on a system.

This malware is not different from other corrupt anti spyware programs. Swift Cleaner uses fabricated security reports to scare people and make them interested in SwiftCleaner spyware remover. These activities are fraudulent as SwiftCleaner is not a spyware remover and it won’t clean threats even if user pays for the full version. The infections reported by Swift Cleaner are imaginary; it’s just a way to push people into purchasing full version of this tool.

Remove SwiftCleaner as soon as possible. This program is malicious and it should be trusted. Follow SwiftCleaner removal instructions to delete this malware.
