CleanUp Antivirus

Wednesday, March 10th, 2010

CleanUp Antivirus is another rogue anti-spyware application that has an aim to rip computer users off by giving false information about security status of the targeted computer. The application is distributed with a help of Trojans that infect computers secretly, for example, by pretending to be flash updates.

After the infiltration, CleanUp Antivirus sets deep down into the system and makes it very comfortable there. The program creates numerous of pop up messages stating that your system is crowded with spyware infections and needs a security solutions as soon as possible. CleanUp Antivirus also loads its scanner after each computer reboot. When the scan finishes, CleanUp Antivirus reports about plenty of threats “found” on your system. However, the program displays not real infections but files created by the same rogue that installed CleanUp Antivirus to your system.

Both scan results and security alerts are followed by suggestion to purchase a so-called full version of CleanUp Antivirus. It promises to be the best security tool you have ever had. In reality, CleanUp Antivirus doesn’t perform any function at all. It’s a badware application only seeking to collect money from computer users.

Please get rid of CleanUp Antivirus application as soon as you notice its first traces on your system. If you have already paid for this scam application, do not hesitate and contact your credit card company to dispute the charges.

"Naujieji Lietuviai" yra Vienas populiariausių lietuviškų muzikinių projektų, kuris keičia pavadinimÄ… į "TIPO GRUPÄ–". BuvÄ™s Naujieji Lietuviai grupÄ—s narys E. Bžeskas teigia, kad tai kÄ… darÄ— "Naujieji Lietuviai" pasidarÄ— nebeįdomu. Laikas bÄ—ga, situacija keičiasi, todÄ—l reikia keistis ir grupÄ—ms. Tipo GrupÄ— niekada nesieks muzikinių aukštumų, niekada nesakys, kad jų muzika sukuria kažkokiÄ… išskirtinÄ™ muzikinÄ™ vertÄ™, Tipo grupÄ— tiesiog atkreips klausytojų dÄ—mesį į kai kuriuos akivaizdžiai pamirštus dalykus mÅ«sų valstybÄ—je.
Prekinis Ženklas Naujieji lietuviai kolkas priklauso VŠÄ® "TV Komanda", bet planuojamas atiduoti žmonÄ—ms, kurie vis dar nori tÄ™sti Naujųjų Lietuvių veiklÄ….

2-spyware.com design updated

Wednesday, August 22nd, 2007

We've finally finished updating the design of one of our most successful internet security projects to date: 2-spyware.com. From now on, it's even more exciting and user friendly: the sections have been structured into tabs for easier access, and the overall look and feel is now brighter and more convenient to use.

I'm sure this new and improved look of the site will attract oven more traffic, but we're still working hard to improve the usability and functionality of the website even further. With 2-spyware.com being one of our most important projects, it is essential that we do not lag behind in the internet security market. After adding the new design and expanding this portal to new traffic heights in the future, 2-spyware is sure to climb to the top soon enough.

You can check out the new look of 2-spyware.com here.

2-files.com

Friday, August 3rd, 2007

2-files.com, our new project on internet security, is up and running, at last. This website will be dealing with… files, as should be evident from the very name of this project. There is a lot of confusion amongst common internet users about which file belongs where and what the file does. The main categories here are "rogue files" and "system files", as these are the main source of confusion when a user finds unusual and unheard-of files in his/her computer. 2-files.com is there to sort these out.

System Files

Ever heard of lsass.exe, msmsgs.exe or smss.exe? What about svchost.exe? You may encounter these and many other files and processes in your Windows Task Manager window. What do they mean? Are they trojans or are they legitimate processes? Look them up in our 2-files.com system files database.

Rogue Files

This category is dedicated to all the malicious pests that may plague your computer if you forget to use that anti-virus or anti-spyware tool. In case of an infection (or just for general education purposes), you may freely consult 2-files.com on these parasites and find all the information available on the latest and most dangerous computer threats.

Although this project is still very young, we hope that 2-files.com will grow to be one of the most useful internet security sites with time.
