One Fake Anti-spyware Under Many Different Names

A new rogue anti-spyware program has been recently launched. The interesting thing is that the same program hides under different names, for example, Antivirus XP 2010, Win7 Guardian, Vista Guardian, Vista Internet Security 2010, and similar. The one you can be attacked by will depend on a version of the Operating System you are using. Anyway, it’s a dangerous parasite that must be deleted without hesitation.

The rogue spreads imitating an update for Windows. When it installs itself into your system the program blocks most of your programs including your anti-virus. That is how the application ensures not to be removed. When Vista Guardian 2010 or XP Guardian (depending on whether you have Vista Operating System or Windows XP) is running on your computer, it attacks you with tons of security alerts and pop up ads which try to scare you into thinking your computer is being attacked by viruses. However, the information on these messages is totally exaggerated and far away from the truth.

After each reboot the application starts running its scanners and again gives false information about your protection status. In the end it recommends you purchasing a full version of a program so that you can fix the detected parasites. Do not fall for this offer. It’s just a scam and if you decided to buy such application you would only waste your money. Please remove Win 7 Internet Security 2010, Vista Antispyware 2010, Antivirus Vista 2010 or any other application with a similar name as soon as you notice it on your computer.
